一、作者简介：　杜甫（712-770），唐代著名诗人。字子美，祖籍襄阳（今属湖北）人，是唐初著名诗人杜审言之孙。自幼好学，七岁开始吟诗，一生写诗无数，流传万古。

杜甫的优秀诗篇，反映了唐王朝由盛到衰的转变，揭露了封建当权势力的腐败和贫富的对立， 展现了大地主统治集团所造成的一系列恶果。他善于把广阔的社会生活加以艺术的概括，形象地反映重大的政治题材，又善于作细节的描绘，语言凝炼有力。

二、词语注释：

1、王杨卢骆：王勃、杨炯、卢照邻、骆宾王。这四人都是初唐时期著名的作家，时人称之为"初唐四杰"。当时体：意谓四杰诗文的体裁和风格在当时自成一体。

2、轻薄：肤浅轻薄者。哂：讥笑。这句说一些轻薄的文土们对四杰的诗文不断讥笑。

3、尔曹：即你们。这是不客气的称呼，犹言"尔等"、你们这些人。

4、不废：不影响。这里用江河万古流比喻包括四杰在内的优秀作家的名字和作品将象长江黄河那样万古流传。

三、诗歌赏析：

"四杰"之名最早见于与四杰同时代的诗人宋之问的《祭杜学士审言文》："后复有王、杨、卢、骆，继之以子跃云衢。王也才参卿于西陕，杨也终远宰于东吴，卢则哀其栖山而卧疾。

“王杨卢骆当时体”：王杨卢骆，是指初唐四杰，王勃（650-676）其诗突破当时文坛盛行的 宫体诗束缚，风格较为清新明朗；杨炯（650-693？）其诗写得气势轩昂，风格豪健，但多数题材诗未能尽脱绮艳文风；卢照邻（约636-695）其诗以七言歌行体为佳，辞彩富艳，内容广阔，意境清迥，以韵致取胜；骆宾王（约626-684）擅长七言歌行，多悲愤之作。杜甫认为这四位诗人的作品代表当时的诗体，是初唐的诗歌风格。 “当时体”指的是当时的文体。

“轻薄为文哂未休”：哂，就是嗤笑的意思。这句诗是说，当时的人以轻薄之言对四杰之诗妄加讥笑个不休。

“尔曹身与名俱灭，不废江河万古流。”：尔曹，是指“轻薄为文”的那些人。不废，是犹不害、不伤之意。这里“江河”喻四杰。这两是说，那些潮笑轻薄四杰的人，只是一时的聒噪不休，终究是身死与非议一应烟消云散，完全不损于四杰的声名，正象江河的流水一样万古长流。

　品读完这首诗篇，掩卷细想，觉得此诗哲理性特强。

　对有价之物贬议的“风云”人物，是随着身死而昙花一现，而真正有价之物，是不受外界的贬议而贬值的，万古长流。
